My name is Martyna Dobrowolska. I am a psychologist and therapist in training at the Crescentia school, under the guidance of Olga Olszewska and Artur Kołakowski. I am an alumna of University of Łódź, holding a master’s degree in psychology specializing in clinical psychology and a bachelor’s degree in International Cultural Studies specializing in anthropology. I am a member of the Polish Society for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.
I conduct individual therapy for adults following the Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) approaches.
I gained relevant professional experience in the Central Clinical Hospital of the University of Łódź, Center for Women’s Rights and private practice, among others.
I consistently deepen my knowledge by participating in trainings and supervision sessions in order to ensure the highest quality of service possible.
